Troubles with knobs

hello! sometimes i meet a troubles with knobs.

I have an error when trying to change "low frequency" value. If I change value to zero, sometime music stops or track goes on back to first cue. This is only with deck A.

And second error with rotating knob which scrolling folders and files. At any time it becomes like disabled. I trying to rotate them, them don't respond, but all other controlls works normally. This item https://ibb.co/JBbmMKp

Have anybody except this errors at work? And is there a way to fix them?

Hello Tim!
I use the software all weekends on my gigs with 4 decks template, other users also use and nobody report issue like this.
When this problems happen you are using *test with mouse* feature?

This sound like testing with mouse and releasing the mouse over cue or cup.

What is the touch device you use?
All the issues you report apparently have some relation with your touch screen sensor.
Please send all details  about what you are using when this problems happen to you.

I think your sensor report a touch up when you move your finger outside of what you are controlling, or for some unknown reason generate undesired ghost touch.
Not is a problem of the  software. Anyway I want see the video in order try to detect and confirm what I said. ASAP you have the video, please send the link.

This not is erratic malfunction of the software, is a erratic response sometimes .....of your IR sensor.
Already try re-calibrate the sensor?

i've solve first problem. it was about "curved" fingers which leave screen over "cup" button. it's not software mistake. ->

i've found second error. better watch there ->

and about sometimes don't working file manager scroll knobs ->

First video, ok great!! solved !!
Is related to your touch device, is IR and on IR devices the touch is detected some millimeters before touch the glass/screen  and release some millimeters after you release the finger of the glass/screen. 
Second video I take a look on that, anyway I cant reproduce the problem here, let me do more tests. 
The final video is stay 99.99% is your touch devices no sending proper touch events required to handle some touch gestures, I take a look on that but no idea if can fix that, is related to a limitation of your hardware, let me check.
